Stop frame animation
Stop frame animations can be created using clipart images or paintings that have been drawn in Textease Paint CT.
1. Open a Textease Movies CT page and click on the ‘Add Videos & Pictures’ button.

2. Find the images needed by locating the folder they are saved in. If still images are being used change the ‘File as type’ to ‘Images’.

3. Click on the image required then ‘Open’. The image will be added to the ‘Bank’ and the selection window will close. Repeat as before to include all the required images.
4. To transfer the images to the ‘Timeline’ click on the first image and drag it onto the ‘Videos & Pictures’ section. The scroll bar at the side of the ‘Bank’ will allow you to move between the images.

5. When all the images have been added select the first image on the ‘Timeline’ and drag it in using the two headed arrow so that the time frame has been reduced. Clicking on the ‘Zoom In’ or ‘Zoom Out’ buttonsĀ
next to the timeline at the bottom will make it easier to view the duration for each image.
6. Repeat for all images so that the duration is shortened. The shorter the duration the quicker your animation will be.
7. Select all the images on the ‘Timeline’ by pressing the ‘Ctrl’ key on the keyboard and clicking on each image.
8. Click the ‘Copy’ buttonĀ
to make a copy then on the ‘Paste’ button
. Click ‘Paste’ as many times as required.
9. Click on the ‘Play’ button in the ‘Movie’ screen to view your animation.
